The Iberian pigs that Fermin raises are born directly at the “Finca Los Helechales”, a farm situated in pure nature where they can roam freely and can graze on high quality grains, plants and natural resources, including the acorn that gives their meat its unique and delectable flavor. The exercise that the pigs do, often walking miles out in the fields, improves the fat content and texture of the meat. Fermin products are free of gluten, lactose, nitrates and nitrites.
