The fertile lands of Cáceres in the Extremadura region, produce peppers in abundance and quality, based on the selected seeds that we provide to our producers, obtaining a unique fruit that transmits confidence in the final product.
The Santo Domingo paprika crops are carefully selected: before harvesting, advising farmers on cultivation techniques, fertilizers, drying and advanced production methods, to purify the final product as much as possible.
Then, making a final discard following parameters based on the size, maturity and cleanliness of the paprika.
Our harvests are scrupulously selected throughout the whole trajectory, from the moment of sowing to the subsequent packaging, taking care of the traditional cultivation techniques, both in fertilizers, collection and smoke drying, using the most advanced production methods, to purify to the maximum the final product.
Quality is undoubtedly the common denominator. The aroma denotes smoky subtleties and finally its flavor is refined and evolving, stimulating the palate in its proper measure.
