Carbon steel paella pans are the most commonly used paella pan due to it being relatively inexpensive and durable.
Carbon steel requires a bit of care. The pan must be well dried after washing it and then rubbed all over with a little vegetable oil to prevent rusting. If the pan does rust, the rust can be removed by rubbing the pan with steel wool. Made in spain. Oven, microwave and range top safe.
