This is an incredible piece of ceramic for both its shape and detailed artistry. It has been hand shaped on a potters wheel and hand painted with a paintbrush and is signed on the bottom by the artist Juan Antonio Escobar. Painted in traditional Spanish Talavera design with scenes of nature and animals. It measures 10 inches in diameter and 4.7 inches tall without lid and 7 inches tall with the lid. It is lead free and and food safe.
