Extra heavy-weight 15 inch steel paella pan serves approximately 4 people. Like our carbon steel pans, the heat induction pan requires a bit of care. The pan must be well dried after washing it and then rubbed all over with a little vegetable oil to prevent rusting. If the pan does rust, the rust can be removed by rubbing the pan with steel wool.
