This was a gift to my son and daughter-in-law who had honeymooned in Spain almost 10 years ago. They had bought a spoon rest like this and it got broken over Thanksgiving. They really appreciated getting this for Christmas. I was glad to find it online but I think your shipping rates are horrendous especially since you are located in Stamford, CT. I would happily buy them more items not but at those shipping prices!!

Thank you Vicki for your comments. The issue with the shipping charges is complicated. Transportation costs have gone up quite a bit since the pandemic. We receive a significantly discounted rate from UPS and we pass that discount along to our customers. The customer is charged exactly what UPS charges and nothing more. UPS is a bit more expensive than other transport companies but we find them extremely reliable, which is a big plus when sending products to our customers.
