Jamon Iberico is produced from the Iberico black pig that is raised “free range” on Spanish farms. The ham is cured for a minimum of two years, producing a mild, yet complex, flavor. This particular jamon is not especially salty, making it a tasty addition to cheese, olives & wine. It is hand-sliced maintaining maximum flavor.
