Fermin brand salchichon Iberico de bellota comes from the black Iberian pig that has free ranged on acorns in the country side of Salamanca, Spain. This mild, dry-aged, sausage gets its delicious flavor from natural seasonings of white pepper, black pepper, sea salt and nutmeg.
Included are Three – 2 ounce packages of sliced salchichon Iberico. Each 2 ounce package is sufficient for two to four appetizer servings. In order to appreciate it’s wonderful flavor, it is important to eat salchichon at room temperature.
