What is your return policy?

From Spain is proud to offer only the finest and highest quality ceramics and accessories on the market. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, slight variations in form or color may appear. Within 14 days, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, please call us for a return authorization number and then ship your return back to us. Please pack your return carefully and with sufficient packaging to avoid breakage. You, as the return shipper, will be responsible for return shipping charges and damage to your return. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center within three days for a replacement item (shipped at no charge). Upon receipt of your return, we will quickly issue you a credit. We apologize, but we are unable to refund the original shipping charge. Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping to and from the customer.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you your tracking number and a link to the ups.com tracking page. You can also call us at any time to have us track your order for you. To make changes to an order, please e-mail us at sales@fromspain.com or contact our Customer Service Center Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time, at 203.504.8242 or fax us at 203.504.8243.

Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes and no. From Spain is happy to send gifts for you, but at this time each item going to a different address will require it´s own order. We are currently unable to ship several items within one order to different addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped. If you prefer to pay by check, please print your order at the Checkout page, then mail the order form and your check made out to From Spain. Please visit the Contact Us information area for our mailing address.

What shipping options are available and where will my order ship from?
From Spain products are shipped from our warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut. In-stock merchandise is shipped within 2 days after receiving your order. You will be immediately notified if a product is out-of-stock. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped. We ship via UPS Ground. For an additional fee you may select overnight, two day, or three day delivery.
